Customer Success & Churn Prediction Dashboard

Why?
Maybe you will asking once you see this project. This kinda dashboard helps business owner to maintain their customers/users. Customer Success Manager have too much data. The can't check every chat, ticket, usage log, or email to see if a client unhappy until it's too late.
So we must fill in the gap between the data that available from the past, and action items to prevent the churn in the future.
Then what?
This dashboard is a centralized dashboard that aggregates user activity, support tickets, and payment history. Even better, the dashboard is powered by AI. User will know there is something wrong by checking "Health Score" that generated by AI.

AI will gather all the data (unstructured & structured), and calculate them based on the weight for each data that defined by the system. From engagement and usage, sentiment analysis, support intensity, and other signals. With these datas, AI will calculate and turn it into health score.
And not only health score, three other metrics is as important as health score. With these informations about churn rate, account, and even money at risk, will help user a lot to make a decision.
Insight at a glance
When the first time user open the dashboard, they will see a big cohort retention chart. With this data visualization, user will get early signal of their business doing good or bad.

The chart is placed on the center of the page to make sure this is the first thing that user see before exploring other metrics. And user can actually do something with the chart.
Action
In that main chart, cser can see the details about leads from specific month by clicking a specific month.

After clicking specific month that user want to see in detail, a sidebar will appear to give list of clients that registered on selected month with AI insight for every client. And not only insight, the AI is actually give recommended action that user can do it right away after.

With this kind of workflow, user can monitor their business, get insight, and actually take action through one dashboard.
